Transforming a company from state owned to a performant private organisation:
-Restructuring the company after its privatization with new processes adapted to the car maker standards.
-Implementing a new organization by brand,
-Recruiting a new team of managers,
-Implementing a network for sales and services (creation of 45 new official dealers)
-Developing the portfolio from 2 to 7 brands: creating partnership with new manufacturers (Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Seat, Cupra)
-Figures: Turn over from 30 to 215 million euros, net profit from 0,5 to 12 million euros from 2007 to 2024.
Accomplishment of an Initial public offering of 40% of Ennakl Automobiles’ capital with dual stock market listing (30% on the Tunis stock exchange and 10% on the Casablanca stock exchange).
Contributing with an expert team to the preparation and publication of the prospectus
