Started with the detailed understanding of the groups’ operations, data information transfers and communications, together with their existing reporting processes and relevant people. Analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency, and current business and stakeholder needs – at all levels. Delivered the target operating model, fully tailored to the business activities, Management needs, and also ensuring shareholder benefits.

The Group approved and adopted the proposal and implemented it in full (incl. certain adaptations due to change in structure etc). Consultations on the implementation, and design of the various reports, were additional requests.
