Several Groups’ re-location projects, seeking stability & reliable operating platform & location

Major successful groups, with established international operations, required a location offering better operational, economic, regulatory & political stability

Delivered initial advice and analysis of alternative locations, together with their strategy teams, and a team I put together. We provided key insights into the local implications, and issues to be considered, including legal, regulatory, fiscal and operational. In addition, I defined other, indirect future opportunities for consideration by the respective groups’ management.

All 4 international groups are successfully operating from Europe, but in their own very different forms & structures. 3 groups have gone on to develop much further, adding to the initial defined concepts.
