I lead a team, which analysed all aspects of the acquired group, including its underlying support factors. We defined any differences, together with actions required to ensure alignment. Management were provided a complete report on the actions required and taken, together with status on the operating of the unit and reporting during the transition period prior to integration.
The company completed a smooth transition, and acquisition completion was executed as scheduled, with no major issues arising. Further, the project delivered monthly savings of over 1m to the group.
