Given my experience, the firm’s CEO asked me if I could help design & deliver tailored “top up modules” to compliment the firm’s exhaustive internal development programme focused on how to lead, manage and develop a law firm’s client accounts.
After reviewing the firm’s objectives for partners /senior management, and their internal development programme, I designed a +/- 1 year programme (12 modules), consisting of practical “war stories” on specific topics based on my experience, but aligned with their programme. (“Client Lead Practical Seminars (CLPS)”): This put into practice the key requirements: listen; research; analyse; tailor, communicate, and execute.
To date, out of the 52 that have completed the firm’s development programme and the CLPS, 44 have gone on to successfully lead major client accounts and 6 in transition.
