The group requested for advice & assistance of 2 matters:
- developing & expansion of their services internationally, and
- how to deliver the service
First, I listened and learnt about their services & operations: key benefits; systems; delivery requirements; etc. A small focused team was then set up to define, using specific criteria ( tested with management) the 5 key strategic catalyst targets, and separately, once identified and agreed, we defined the most effective delivery model to meet their target clients’ requirements.
The Group gained 2 targets as clients. Further, management were delivered a full report on the delivery model (considering all aspects, incl. service centre locations, staffing, regulatory, tax aspects, funding strategy, cash flows, etc). Management then set up their execution team.
