• Design of the integrated quality and environmental management system at the corporate level and its development in various business units in the main Spanish metric gauge railway company.

Simplification and Redesign of the Integrated Q&E Management System

• Review and simplification of the integrated quality and environmental management system in an important Basque shipyard. New process identification and system development based on them.

Design and Implementation of ECM-Compliant Safety Systems Across Multiple Rail Entities

• Design and development of a maintenance safety system based on regulation EU 445/2011 and EU 2019/79, to obtain the certification of entity in charge of maintenance (ECM) by the Spanish Agency for Railway Safety, and its implementation in three companies owned by the main Spanish railway company and in a subway in a major Spanish city.

Design and Implementation of the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Framework

• Design and development of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) product for its deployment and implementation, through a team of consultants, in a Spanish business group present in the maritime and port sectors, dedicated to automobile distribution and logistics.

Documentation and Information Management Using Office 365 and SharePoint

• Organization and management of documentation and information using mainly Office 365, with a special focus on SharePoint, for prominent business groups and small companies in both the public and private sectors. Digital 5S methodologies and UX/UI techniques have been implemented to optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
