Family shareholder owners requested for review of their corporate governance structure at their investment holding company, which majority owns various listed & private groups
- Delivered analysis, requirements and definition of effectiveness, to the various governance bodies, incl. the required decision processes, communication protocols, and a gap analysis of the existing structure
Creating effective senior client service partners:
A European law firm requested advice on creating a practical programme for developing their junior partners to lead, serve & develop their major client accounts in the future.
- Designed and delivered a 1-year intensive programme to provide practical advice, tools and mentoring that enhanced the legal partners. Skillset & client servicing.
Review of insurance cover
for a medium size company, including their reinsurance captive.
- Provided report of review of insurance cover of key business components, including product, manufacturing, operations, and D&O etc. led to optimise their coverage, incl, risk retention via their reinsurance captive.
Financial Integration of new acquisition:
A major foods manufacturer requested advice on integration of the financial aspects of their new acquisition (policy alignment; valuation; technical; finance function adequacy, reporting etc)
